Travel Information
- Airport Details: The nearest airport is Mumbai.
- Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off: Service is available. Please inform the team in advance.
- Parking: On-site parking limited spaces available, so early arrival is advised.
- Ride Sharing: Ride-sharing services like Uber/Ola are also available at the venue..
Accommodation Information
- Hotel Booking: If you’ve booked accommodation through us, you will receive confirmation email.
- Hotel Address: The Lalit, Mumbai
- Hotel Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 2pm, and check-out is by 12pm. Please contact the hotel directly for early/late requests.
Conference Registration & Badge Pick-Up
- Registration Desk: Open from 9:30 AM to 10:30AM. Please bring your registration confirmation email.
- Conference Badge: You will receive your conference badge at the venue. This must be worn for access to sessions and networking events.
- Event App: Download the official organizers app (iOS/Android) to access schedules, speaker details and future events.
Conference Schedule
- Opening Session: The conference opens at 10:00 AM on [Date]. Arrive early to secure your seat.
- Session Timings: Check the official schedule for session details, including speaker bios and timings.
- Networking Opportunities: Space for networking will be available during the sessions. Be sure to visit the designated areas for details.
Post-Conference Details
- Certificates of Attendance: Souvenirs/Certificates will be shared at the venue certificates can also be downloaded from the event portal.
